WORKSHOP REGISTRATION

 

By submitting this registration you are confirming your participation in one of the  workshops at the Int’l Conscious Connections Holistic & Spirit Art Expo.  Your advance registration is appreciated, and helps us offer WONDERFUL workshops at a low price, as well as confirm our list of participants in advance!

 

WORKSHOP PARTIPATION FEE:  $35.00 per Person. Please read Ticket Sales Policies for more details!                                         

A Confirmation of this Registration, as well as updates, news will be sent to the email address you provided! You will be added to our "Will Call" list, and your ticket will be available for pick up on the day at the Workshop Registration Counter at the Front Entrance of the Int’l Conscious Connections Holistic & Spirit Art Expo.

 

Please arrive 15 mins before the workshop commences.

TICKET SALES POLICIES

 

By booking a ticket for any event at the Int’l Conscious Connections Holistic & Spirit Art Expo you have agree to the following terms and policies.

 

  1.  A list of pre-paid confirmed registrations will be kept at the Front Registration Desk; however, we suggest that you keep your email confirmation as proof of registration. You will be "checked in" and given a ticket as confirmation of your registration. It is suggested you arrive at least 15 minutes before your workshop starts!

  2.  All Ticket Sales and Registrations are final; please assure that you show up on time for the workshop as we cannot issue a refund for no shows. If you are unable to attend, you may assign your ticket to alternative party as long as they have a note from you stating you have given them permission to use your ticket, it must also contain your signature.

  3.  Workshop ticket sales do not include admission to the Expo.

  4.  Workshops are provided on a "Where is" "As Is" basis.  Int’l Conscious Connections Holistic & Spirit Art Expo only delivers the space where the workshop takes place and does not accept any responsibility for the subject matter, content or material presented in the workshop.  By booking a workshop you agree to protect, indemnify and hold harmless the Expo, any venue in which the workshop takes place, employees, agents, and suppliers for any claims, losses; including but not limited to financial losses and damages to persons or property.
